BE CHOOSY
A huge new three service Economy platform was launched for Virgin Atlantic in 2018 and it was then the design teams job to roll out all the assets and apply the new service to all existing and new communications for both B2B and B2C audiences. I designed a seed DM pack to send to Flying Club members (the airlines loyalty club) explaining the new offering and gifting a retail therapy £5-£15 card to spend onboard their next fight. I worked closely with the printers to develop the mechanism I wanted to use and the spot UV finishes and soft touch materials that would bring this mail drop to life.
