I was briefed to work on a complete re-design of three high profile email communication suites and the refresh of the monthly newsletter ‘well red’ to work in Adobe Campaign software.
It was a huge strategic piece where we reviewed the communications sent out, in what format and when, with emphasis on engaging customers at the right time with the right information, personalised to them.
I reviewed the use of imagery in the comms and developed a set of guidelines to ensure a consistent, on brand look and feel was flowing throughout the suite, enhancing the visual assets to improve the customer experience. The new image guidelines included animation for the first time in many of the email comms.
I wanted to reduce the scroll and the volume of information being fed to the customer and give them a clean, uncluttered and engaging suite of email comms.
