FLOURISH - INTERNAL WELL-BEING CAMPAIGN

This is an internal well-being initiative campaign for a pharmaceutical company. Flourish represents healthy, positive, sustainable growth in the workplace through 4 core pillars of psychological safety. It was packed full of creative challenges and strategic thinking. This project was a labour of love.
We named, branded and created a full suite of assets and tools, which allowed the company to embed the initiative globally, through print and digital channels, workshops and events and drive positive change among staff. Enabling and empowering them both personally and professionally.
