VIRGIN MONEY SAVINGS ACCOUNT CONCEPT
In 2018 Virgin Money teamed up with Virgin Atlantic and briefed me to come up with a campaign to launch the new savings account, a product that would pay the interest out as flying miles instead of sterling, to use to reach your next destination. With the key USP in mind I designed a creative that would stand out and link money and destination. I designed a series of 3D money boxes, shaped to reflect some of the airlines destinations. Each money box was floating amongst the clouds with the airlines aircraft present in each piece of creative as a consistent link. I brought the concept to life in print and digital assets, in social and email. mixing up the background colours and adding coins as an additional link to Virgin Money, all helped to bring the design to life. It's fun and memorable and designed to work beyond the initial launch assets, with the creation of 4D models of the money boxes to be situated in key Virgin Money spaces.
